This morning I came down the stairs to the sound of Reed telling Amy "You're going to be in SUCH big trouble!!!!! Mom, she's eating sprinkles!". We had Jennifer, Aly and my Mom over for dinner last night and they brought ice cream and sprinkles. Silly me, I'd left the sprinkles out on the counter....and Amy just helped herself! When she saw me, she still had sprinkles stuck to her face and was grinning like the cat that ate the canary. She stuck her tummy out, rubbed it and said "UMMM UMMMM". That girl, she's something else. But that's probably a topic for another day.
It's funny how different our kids' personalities are -- I don't think Reed would ever think to do something like that, much less actually go ahead and do it. Amy is much more of "if it feels good, do it" kind of kid. Boy are we in for it.
